Ben Jensen, June 28 2018 GEELONG play the Western Bulldogs Friday night at Etihad Stadium. All eyes were on who will be recalled out of Cameron Guthrie, Lachie Henderson, Scott Selwood and maybe even Harry Taylor. Well, we got our answer, with Taylor and Guthrie returning and Quinton Narkle to make his AFL debut. Making way are injured Lincoln McCarthy who cannot take a trick, Cory Gregson who kicked five goals in the VFL but could not get a kick at AFL level, and Cam’s younger brother Zach Guthrie.

In the VFL the Cats play at home to Werribee on Saturday, and in VFLW away to the Western Bulldogs at Ballarat’s Mars Stadium. This poses complications as the Cats’ next AFL match is Thursday night in Sydney; recall anyone from the VFL and they will be coming in off a five day break (as pointed out on the Cat Attack podcast this week).
