Cats post-bye hoodo continues

AFL 2019 round 14 Port Adelaide Power v Geelong Cats, Ben Jensen GEELONG’s post bye woes continued at Adelaide Oval last as they were beaten by Port Adelaide, the final margin 11 points. The Cats kicked the first behind of the match but from then on the Power led until the final siren.

The Cats remain top of the ladder but may miss Gary Rohan next week, the former Swan concussed after being collided into by the Power’s Karl Amon off the ball (see video below). The Cats ‘won’ the second and third quarters but the quarter time deficit was ultimately too much to overcome.
