Geelong destroy Collingwood, into another preliminary final

Geelong Cats v Collingwood Magpies, AFL 2020 first semi final match review Ben Jensen GEELONG absolutely obliterated Collingwood at the Gabba on Saturday night, marching into yet another preliminary final as the Cats attempt to send off retiring legend Gary Ablett in style. Patrick Dangerfield put on a lesson in a commanding best on ground performance, kicking four goals along the way as did Tom Hawkins.

The Cats now play Brisbane at the Gabba next Saturday night for a place in their first grand final since 2011 and the first night and first interstate grand final ever. Of concern will be ruckman Rhys Stanley who left with a knee injury towards the end.
