Cousins faces a WA court tomorrow primarily over drug related charges, including substance posession and refusing to provide a bloody sample. Cousins was pulled over by WA police after coming to their attention "due to the manner of his driving". Cousins has been charged with posessing a prohibited substance, refusing to provide a blood sample and other traffic related charges. It is not immediately clear if the drug charge relates to improper posession of a prescription drug or an illicit drug (eg. cocaine, heroin, etc). Cousins was released on bail and is due to appear in the Perth Magistrate's Court this Thursday.
