AFL 2009 ROUND 11; WEST COAST V GEELONG;
MATCH PREVIEW PLUS TV / RADIO BROADCAST DETAILS By Ben Jensen AFL 2009 ROUND 11 WEST COAST EAGLES V GEELONG CATS GEELONG travel to Perth this Sunday as we reach the halfway point in the season, one round from the 'split round'. Key Geelong backmen, Captain Tom Harley and WA boy Harry Taylor are casualties from last week's win over the Bombers. Matthew Stokes returns from suspension, Paul Chapman and Ryan Gamble from injury and Tom Lonergan has been drafted in to cover the backline. That leaves two more to be dropped; Max Rooke and David Johnson are the unlucky men to miss out. Although initially named on an expanded interchange, Joel Corey, like Taylor, was never expected to make the trip back home. The match will be broadcast live on Setanta Sports 2 for UK and Ireland viewers.

AFL 2008, ROUND THIRTEEN, SATURDAY 21 MAY 2008, 19:40 AEST SUBIACO OVAL CATS IN DESTROYATION OF EAGLES West Coast tried unsuccessfully to claw its way off the bottom 2 of the ladder at Subiaco tonight, with Geelong running away 135 point victors, a record win over the Eagles on that ground which was due in the most part to some more Gary Ablett brilliance in his 37 touches.
David Wojcinski was a late inclusion for Mathew Stokes, which may have prompted Geelong coach Mark Thompsons decision to move Max Rooke forward. MATCH RESULT AND REVIEW - CATS IN DESTROYATION OF EAGLES
