Milburn, who was named on a half-back flank, received an immediate call-up to the senior side after serving a three match suspension which he copped for a crude bump on Carlton's Stephen Silvagni in round 22 last year.

Geelong coach Mark Thompson said Milburn, who was the Cats' leading possession getter in 2002, would add ball winning ability to the side, which would help make up for the loss of Corey Enright through injury.

``He played all the Wizard Cup games and he played in the reserves in round one when they had a practice match,'' Thompson said.

``He's been doing a lot of training and I thought he did well in the Wizard Cup.

``He's tall, he's hard, he's a mature player and he just gets the ball. We really missed him, so I'm happy to have him back.''

Mitchell White also looks set to have his first senior run in 2002 after a solid three-goal performance in the VFL last week.

White is not guaranteed a berth with three players still to be dropped from the side before Sunday's game, but Thompson said if he got through last night's training session the forward would be an inclusion in the team.

``When he's fully fit and in good condition he will be very good for us, and hopefully that day won't be too far away,'' Thompson said.

Rookie Paul Chambers has also been named on the interchange bench, for what could be his first senior run in the AFL.

Chambers, a 197cm ruckman, was elevated to the senior list in place of injured ruckman Peter Street.

Meanwhile, Cameron Ling, who suffered an ankle injury in the round three match against the Kangaroos, has also been named in the Geelong side.

Thompson said he would give Ling until Sunday to prove his fitness but was confident the Cats' top run-with player would be right.

And Ben Graham has been named at centre half-forward and Thompson said the Cats' first game on home soil for 2002 could be just what the skipper needs for a return to form.

``He's trying to do the right things,'' he said.

``In the two years I've been here he hasn't started off well, but he's knocking on the door and I'm sure with a match here at Kardinia Park he might run into a bit of form.''

The match starts at 2.10pm at Skilled Stadium. A VFL match between Geelong and Springvale will be played as a curtain raiser. Gates open at 10.45am.

And Cats fans are invited to a new post-match facility following Sunday's game. The Lamby's Marquee will be open to the public and players will be in attendance after the game. It will be situated behind the Hickey Stand.
