CATS HAVE UNHAPPY
TRIP ACROSS THE NULLARBOR AFL 2017 ROUND 13: WEST COAST EAGLES V GEELONG CATS A SHOCKING first half in which Geelong kicked just two goals to West Coast' seven was too much to overcome, the Cats mounting something of a comeback in the second half but the Eagles hanging on by 13 points, a score that slightly flattered the Cats. The loss came at a cost on the injury front too with Nakia Cockatoo and Scott Selwood both suffering hamstring injuries, Cockatoo quite early in the game and Selwood in the second half. Next Sunday Geelong hosts Fremantle in a 1:10PM game, the second time the two sides have met after their round one clash which the Cats won.
